Being new in the area and trying to establish doctors and dentist for family is not easy. First I tried one dental office (with my son) and we had horrible experience from customer service to "not constantly wearing masks during this pandemic". I researched more and I decided to give Dr Willies dental a try. There, my expectations were exceeded. Few things to note: It is a family business and I was treated as such: not just a drop in the bucket. Second, everyone is nice there. It is well established, over 30 years in business though the business was handed over from uncle to nephew. They all treat you like family and their diagnose seem accurate. I brought up the question of replacing my crown based on the recommendation from previous dentist but they stated that it was still good and there was no need to waste money. I sensed honesty there. The Escondido office is small though, but it is friendly and nice. If you are looking for a big office with many hygienists and newer equipment and all of that, maybe this is not for you. But if you are looking for a friendly, family oriented place with honest people this is a good place. The hygienist Barbara is nice. I saw Dr. Victoria, she was nice as well. The Dr.'s aid Liz and receptionist were great as well. Liz goes beyond to show you their families photos on the wall and explaining everyone's role. I have not seen Dr. Willies David yet, but my son is scheduled to see him soon and I hope for the best.
